Ok…I am not making it tonight, but Jamie over at Sticky Feet part Deux is… (and she has 3 babies younger than mine….and is AMAZING!) .and she was kind enough to share her recipe with me……Guess what we are having for dinner TOMORROW night!!!!

3-4 lb pork tenderloin, cut into small chunks
1 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp chili powder
2 Tbsp paprika
Salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high for 8 hours.
